This month I interview Jennifer Bomba. Jennifer started out as a single mom working as a bartender and a Bacardi girl.  She caught the vision of real estate investing, and quickly implemented the strategies in my course.  In her first 6 months, she was consistent at one deal a month, then decided to ramp up and do more.  This month she is doing NINE deals.  Her secret is consistency and building teams.
