Everyone probably knows eBay to buy and sell stuff. Today we will cover not only using eBay to sell real estate but also along with a method to get wholesale buyers from eBay to your website. Its a great place to find deals. Don’t be afraid to make offers .

 

If you have real estate to sell, you need to get involved with eBay and how to use it to your advantage!

WHY?  Because you may have been misinformed by a real estate agent. This misinformation could cost you many months in holding costs, resulting in potentially thousands of dollars from your bottom line!  It doesn’t matter what kind of property you have to sell: Single-family homes, Commercial buildings, Raw land, Condominiums, etc. If it’s real estate, it can be marketed successfully on eBay.

Use Classified Ads to generate multiple leads. This format does not enable buyers and sellers to transact online through eBay nor is eBay Feedback available. BUT, I use eBay to build my buyers list and find bird-dogs too.

Classified Ads have the following features:

  • List your service. No bidding takes place.
  • Interested buyers fill out a contact form, and their information is sent to you.
  • List a phone number, and interested buyers can call you (optional).
  • List your item, service or property for a specific period of time.
  • Revise item-specific information at any time while the ad is active.

Rules The seller must treat the buyer’s contact information in full compliance with eBay’s Privacy Policy. This policy prohibits sharing the buyer’s information with third parties as well as use of the buyer’s information for any purpose other than communicating with the buyer about the item, unless expressly permitted to do so by the buyer. Failure to comply with this policy can result in the seller’s suspension or expulsion from the eBay community.

This then leads people to ask me …

“So how do you find hungry wholsale buyers on eBay? ”

Understand this,  the people who don’t know any better are listing their property on Ebay as an auction as one would normally think.  Here in lies the problem,  it cost $150.00 dollars to do a basic listing on Ebay.  ( See fees ) That is way to much money to spend.

 

HOWEVER: A classified ad cost only $19.95 cents for other categories!

The “loophole” that I am going to use to get eBay listing for so cheap is  : HERE Do you see how you can do this yet? It comes down to the “category”  that you can list items in!

I use an advert that says:

Real Estate Investor Retiring
Cheap , Bargain Property
65% LTV or less – Wholesale or Rentals


The eBay classified link will take them to your website to get the list of houses at which point when they sign up to get your free list or report and voila …  you now have a new potential wholesale buyer!
