Very simple, all it takes is for you to do is :

Talk to your Title company or closing attorney and ask them if you can put ONE $1000.00 deposit check in escrow for all the offers you are planning on making.

If you have one accepted, you would then send them another check for $1000.00

With this method, you always have an escrow deposit in place in their trust account for ALL your offers.
